Fitzgerald met the famous artists Jean Cocteau while in Cannes for the International Jazz Festival in 1958. While there, Ms. Fitzgerald toured Chapelle Saint Pierre Chapel which Cocteau had decorated beautifully. Cocteau signed this book with the inscription, a Ella, je tout Coeur, Jean, X JC |
