The SS Red Oak Victory is a World War II ammunition vessel built in the Kaiser Richmond Shipyards in 1944. It was acquired by the Richmond Museum Association in 1996, moved to the City of Richmond in 1998, where restoration began. The Red Oak Victory Restoration Project includes work which requires the services of a drydocking facility. |
