INAME2_201128_198.JPG: The number of US deaths from Covid-19 passed 265,000 on November 28 and were reflected at the In America: How could this happen... memorial in Washington DC. So much winning!
INAME2_201128_211.JPG: 265,146
INAME2_201128_231.JPG: People had been encouraged to add names of Covid victims in person at the memorial but there had been an option for people to enter the names into a Google docs file and one of the installation's staffers (Emily) would write them by hand and plant them for them after a period of reflecting on their lives. Once the installation had been extended, the family of five realized they had a chance to visit the installation in person so they drove down. They asked Emily where the flag for the woman's mother -- who had been a Filipino nurse -- had been planted some weeks before and that caused a massive search. Keep in mind Emily usually did 30 or so flags a day and planted them in different areas of the field based on where they were currently planting flags. They were there for hours looking for the flag.

2020 photos: Well, that was a year, wasn't it? The COVID-19 pandemic cut off most events here in DC after March 11 and then the BLM protests started followed by the child president trying to steal the election in November. Trump's handling of the pandemic has been a series of disastrous missteps and lies, encouraging his minions to not wear masks and increasing the deaths here. As the chant goes -- Hey, hey, POTUS-A; how many folks did you kill today?
Number of photos taken this year: about 246,000, the fewest number of photos I had taken in any year since 2007.
Partially Reviewed: Rough draft. I've gone through these pictures once, removing the worst ones, some duplication, etc. I usually take sequences of 4 or 5 pictures at a time and there are lots of near duplicates. I'll be doing a final review later which will cull the pictures down some. To be honest though, I'm way behind on doing final reviews.
