Children's
Middle School Woes
David Da-Wei Horowitz is preparing for his upcoming bar mitzvah. It's hard work because it involves trying to please his Jewish and Chinese grandmothers, who argue about everything, and David just wants everyone to be happy.
Madelyn Rosenberg
As a journalist, Madelyn Rosenberg spent a dozen years writing about colorful, real life characters. Now she makes up characters of her own. She lives in Arlington, Va., and is the author of 10 books for children of all ages. Her titles include the “Nanny X” series, the “How to Behave” series and “Take Care.” “This is Just a Test,” a middle-grade novel she co-wrote with her friend Wendy Wan-Long Shang, was a Junior Library Guild selection, a PJ Library selection and a Sydney Taylor honor book.
Wendy Shang
Wendy Shang is the author of “The Great Wall of Lucy Wu,” “The Way Home Looks Now” and “This is Just a Test” (written with Madelyn Rosenberg), all published by Scholastic. Her books have been on numerous state reading lists and selected twice by the Junior Library Guild. “The Great Wall of Lucy Wu” also received the Asian Pacific American Librarians Award for Children’s Literature. Wendy lives in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C., with her husband, three children, a cat and a dog.

and I can email them to you, or, depending on the number of images, just repost the page again will the full-sized images.
