To commemorate the centennial of President John F. Kennedy’s birth, some of the nation’s leading historians discuss the life and legacy of the nation’s 35th president.
The program will also focus on the book, “JFK: A Vision for America,” a compendium of Kennedy’s most important speeches.
Panelists:
* Robert Dallek, former professor of history at Boston University
* Fredrik Logevall, professor of history and international affairs at Harvard University
* Stephen Kennedy Smith, lecturer at the Sloan School of Management at MIT and co-author of “JFK: A Vision for America”
* Edward Widmer, director of the John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress
Smith will sign copies of the book, which will be available for purchase, following the program.
