Description of Pictures: My So-Called Jewish Life
A Story District Production
ASL interpreter provided
During Chanukah, join us for the 7th annual night of funny, poignant, powerful, and peculiar autobiographical stories about all things Jewish, not-so-Jewish, and wanna-be Jewish. Storytellers include (in sequence):
* David Wolkin – Comms guy at Avodah, educator, cat whisperer, walking coincidence magnet, two degrees from everyone you know.
* Dana Stroul – Hummus-eating, tea-drinking Middle East policy nerd, snarky only when appropriate.
* Art Delibert – A wandering Jew, a wondering Jew. A lawyer on K Street but prefers to reside at the intersection of mythology, psychology, and religion.
* Valentina Stackl – Human rights storyteller with a travel bug, generally awkward, sometimes funny.
* Davene Wright – Decision scientist. Aspiring FLOTUS. Likes math and dresses and occasional rabble rousing.
* Richard Miron – A literal wandering Jew originally from London with a career in foreign affairs, seeking to share his infectious travel bug with his wife and two young daughters.
* Robin Katcher – A New York-raised Jew that consults with nonprofit justice organizations by trade and is ridiculously happy to be married to Tonya and mom to Evie, the invincible toddler.
Hosted by Amy Saidman, Story District’s artistic executive director.

I still have them though. If you want me to email them to you, please send an email to guthrie.bruce@gmail.com
and I can email them to you, or, depending on the number of images, just repost the page again will the full-sized images.

2015 photos: Equipment this year: I mostly used my Fuji XS-1 camera but, depending on the event, I also used a Nikon D7000.
I retired from the US Census Bureau in god-forsaken Suitland, Maryland on my 58th birthday in May. Yee ha!
Trips this year:
a quick trip to Florida.
two Civil War Trust conferences (Raleigh, NC and Richmond, VA), and
my 10th consecutive San Diego Comic-Con trip (including Los Angeles).
Ego Strokes: Carolyn Cerbin used a Kevin Costner photo in her USA Today article. Miss DC pictures were used a few times in the Washington Post.
Number of photos taken this year: just over 550,000.
